The North Dakota HOSA Middle School Chapters are composed of students in Grades 6-8 that have a desire to learn about healthcare career fields. This level of HOSA affiliation is geared towards preparation and understanding of the healthcare industry.

North Dakota HOSA Secondary Chapters are composed of students in Grades 9-12 that have a more focused interest in a healthcare career. Mentorship, hands-on experience, and education and training requirements to streamline entry into the workforce is a priority for Secondary HOSA members. 

Affiliation fees for Middle School and Secondary NDHOSA members is $20 per school year
​($10 International HOSA fee + $10 NDHOSA fee).
