Interview Preparation
Use the following videos to prepare for a panel interview.
Speech Preparation
Candidate Speeches will be given during the Opening Session in front of the ND HOSA delegation and voting delegates prior to State Leadership Conference.
Each speech is required to be 2-3 minutes in length. The candidate is expected to wear the official HOSA uniform or business attire.
Each speech should include reasons for why you are pursuing an officer position with North Dakota HOSA. Please highlight your goals for the state organization, methods to accomplish such goals, and the leadership qualities you possess that make you a great leader!
