• Voting delegates must be declared through email to the State Advisor no later than March 1st, 2024 11:59PM​.

• Current state officers are not eligible to serve as voting delegates. 

• Voting delegates will be able to vote between March 24th, 2024  at 8:00 PM thru March 25th, 2024 at 11;59 PM.

• Only designated voting delegates are able to access the voting platform provided at SLC. Election supervisors will have voting delegate names.

• Voting method TBD and announced prior to SLC
