About North Dakota HOSA

ND HOSA is managed by the North Dakota Area Health Education Center (ND AHEC), hosted by Mayville State University. ND AHEC provides statewide coordination, administrative support, and program leadership for ND HOSA, ensuring alignment with workforce development needs across North Dakota. Through this partnership, ND HOSA benefits from established university resources, strong industry connections, and a statewide infrastructure dedicated to strengthening the health career pipeline.

HOSA is an international student organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Health Science Education (HSE) Division of ACTE. HOSA's two-fold mission is to promote career opportunities in the healthcare industry and to enhance the delivery of quality healthcare to all people.
