North Dakota HOSA–Future Health Professionals is proud to collaborate with statewide partners who share a commitment to strengthening North Dakota's healthcare workforce pipeline through education, early exposure, and leadership development.

In partnership with North Dakota Area Health Education Center (ND AHEC), UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences Center for Rural Health, Mayville State University, and Sanford Health, North Dakota HOSA connects students with meaningful learning experiences that promote health career awareness, academic preparedness, and service to rural and underserved communities.

These partnerships support hands-on career exploration, leadership conferences, competitive events, mentorship, and innovative programming that helps students envision and pursue healthcare careers within North Dakota. Together, we are building sustainable pathways that inspire future health professionals and support the long-term health of our state’s communities.
