North Dakota HOSA Program

- Increase HOSA Alumni Engagement and Registration

What/When:
- 1.2K members – December 2026
- Increasing middle school membership – By March 2027
- 2 New Chapters -> create standard communication letter
- Identify target middle schools each officer would want to add, contact counselors, vice principals,
etc.

- Continued engagement and outreach for new and ongoing members – Ongoing
- Measure chapters’ local growth through the most amount of members gained, percentage growth, and largest rural and urban chapters.
Regional Connections and State Collaboration

What/When:
- Connect with states in the region for cross state collaboration
- Montana HOSA, South Dakota HOSA, Minnesota, Puerto Rico.
- Structure advocacy partnership with Montana HOSA
- Ensure NDHOSA President is engaged with Central Region VP

Strengthening Social Media Presence & Engagement
Who: 1st: Abhi, 2nd: Marley
- Maintaining a certain aesthetic on the Instagram page
- Promoting “Hero of The Month” by reaching out to chapters – Monthly
- Nominations / Submissions – August 15
- Create a form
- Do finalists at SLC and overall hero of the year – Ongoing
- Use social media polls and interactive posts to gather member feedback and improve communication between. Do pre conference to see what members want. November 12

Strengthening Post-Secondary Division
Who: 1st: Setiya, 2nd: Kyan
What/When:
- Develop and release the Post-Secondary Toolkit – July 2026
- Compile different national/state PS/C resources, volunteering opportunities, research opportunities, and contact lists
- Work with UND to design and create section on website to include PS/C toolkit OR create Google Folder – August 2026
- Promote PS/C Toolkit @ FLC – October 2026
- Increase collegiate involvement in MAC
- Post on Insta: Pro’s of being a part of MAC as PS/C member
- They can work to spread impact of service projects, volunteering, nonprofits, etc -> leadership as well
- Reach out to collegiate chapters with MAC application and resources
- Goal: recruit 3 PS/C members

Address Communication Concerns Within State

Increase Presence of State Officers Within Local Chapters

- Start the year by gaining local officer teams contact information – Mid/Late September
- Set Guidelines of things officers will talk about – August
- Create Powerpoint or slideshows for visits

- SOS: Monthly “virtual conferences” for local officers to hop on a call with officers from other schools and a few state officers – Ongoing
