North Dakota HOSA Program Outreach

- HOSA Proclamation Week and submit the request form on the North Dakota Government website – September 15

- Expand to other platforms like TikTok or to parents on Facebook – Ongoing
- Increase Instagram following by 200 – Ongoing
- Giveaways for example the 1000th member – Ongoing
- Prepare for conferences a couple of months in advance and start creating templates
- FLC/SLC dress codes, agendas, breakout sessions, keynotes, sponsorship, thank yous, and more
- Promotion of other State Officer activities throughout the year

Find/Pick Organizations for Fundraisers
Who: Nick (2nd person Setiya and Marley)
What/When:
- Find organizations that would work well with Barbara James Service Award (BJSA) so kids will gain points for BJSA (well care, health, well-being) – September 30
- Reach out to National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), The Jed Foundation, North Dakota Medical Association (NDMA), and North Dakota Dental Association (NDDA). (Wounded Veterans ones?) – September 30
- Figure out the SLC Fundraiser with whatever foundation/organization we have made an agreement with – January 31
- Provide guidelines for BJSA and recognition events – October 15, after FLC
- Encourage advisors to go out for the BJSA
Resource Organization

- Go through and weed out the outdated/overstated materials – Ongoing
- Condense materials into fewer files and more modern resources
